A large family of IPTV players, often called “Smarters-style” apps, use the same simple login screen. Learn it once and you can set up almost any phone, tablet or computer in a couple of minutes.
What you need
Your activation message contains three things: a server URL, a username and a password. Keep it handy.
Step-by-step
- Install the player from your device’s official app store.
- Open it and choose Login with Xtream Codes API (sometimes called “Xtream login”).
- Enter any name you like, for example RamosTV.
- Enter the username and password exactly as sent. They are case-sensitive.
- Paste the server URL, including http:// and the port number if shown.
- Tap Add user. The app downloads channels, films and the TV guide.
Common mistakes
- A space at the end of the URL or password, often added by copy-and-paste.
- Typing a capital letter where there should not be one.
- Leaving out the port number after the URL.
Tip: after adding the account, open Settings → EPG and refresh the guide so programme times show correctly.
